兔桡骨骨折 Radial fracture
背景介绍：
使用电锯建立兔桡骨骨折模型，手术创伤小、造模效果确切、可重复性好，并且由于尺骨的支撑作用造模后无需对骨折部位进行固定，是一个较为理想的骨折动物模型。
模型应用领域：
1）探究桡骨骨折的发病机制；2）用于桡骨骨折相关相关药物的药效评价
实验材料：
新西兰大耳白兔
造模方法：
实验鼠麻醉，前肢桡骨中段纵向切口，暴露桡骨，电钻将桡骨中段弄断。
